If you haven’t visited us before, we’d recommend following the directions below. Sat navs have a tendency to take you down some narrow Cornish lanes, ending up at a farm about half a mile away from us!

  1. Leave the M5 at Junction 27, taking the A361 towards Barnstaple, then the A39 (‘Atlantic Highway’) towards Bude
  2. Proceed as far as Kilkhampton and take the B3254 on the left (signposted to Launceston, Holsworthy & Tamar Lakes)
  3. After ¾ mile take the small road on the left signposted to Tamar Lakes, after a further ¾ mile the entrance to Forda is on the left

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE

  1. From the end of the M5 after Exeter (J31) take the A30 dual-carriageway
  2. Bypassing Okehampton, follow signs for Bude, taking the A3079 and A3072, past Holsworthy as far as the “Red Post” crossroads and turn right on the B3254, signposted to Kilkhampton
  3. Before you reach Kilkhampton, take the small road on the right signposted to Tamar Lakes and after ¾ mile the entrance is on the left

Forda is ideally located, with the nearest beach – Sandymouth – being approximately three miles away and Bude six miles away.
